I know, I know, hiatus didn’t work. Maybe I just have a lot on my mind. Anyways, file this one under random… my dog hates having his nails trimmed. He guards his paws like they are about to be chopped off. It’s a pug thing.
Since Simon is a big baby I have to take him for long walks on pavement to trim each nail down. I am writing this as i walk him. New gritty pavement works best. If you hear less click clack during the walk you will know the nails are down.
A one mile walk helps more than you would think. Try it if you also have a dog who fears nail clippers.
