I am not the most religious person but I acknowledge what I am: Jewish.
This past year is one that I would like to put behind me. I think I said this last year too. oy!
I can’t wait until Dec 31, 2010 to rid 2010 so I will use Rosh Hashanah as the start of my new year.
Now I just have to remember Hebrew.

Andy. You have an open invite to join us for dinner tonight. it will only be 10 people. I am making soup, salad, pickle dish, kugel, turkey, noodle pudding, fruit salad, homemade cupcakes, fruit tarts (my baking classes are helping a lot). I can … turkey, glazed lamb shank, smashed potatoes (splash of wine makes smashed not mashed) . we have tons of alcohol to get drunk and celebrate the new jyear. My favorite j holiday… We are going to Temple. Get your slacks and jacket on and come along please. It will be so fun!
Thank you for invite. You are too kind. Sounds really good. Unfortunately I am not really up for celebrating tonight.
