Since everyone asks me for a copy here it is. The new guidelines (few years old now) for developing in Coolidge Corner are strict. Be prepared to go through the long appeals process if developing in this area. If you have any questions feel free to ask me as I am familiar with the rules and regulations. It is not an easy neighborhood to redevelop in.
